Board of Trustees Meeting
The Licking Regional Water District Board of Trustees approved a rate increase that will be effective
on the March 1, 2026 bill for services from 1/9/26-2/9/26.
There will be a 6.5% increase on the water and sewer charges and the DE charge will be reduced to $4.00.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Update
Beginning March 3, 2026, we’re making an update to our credit/debit card payment fee structure to provide greater flexibility for our customers.
Credit and debit card payments will now include a 2.95% processing fee, with a $2.95 minimum, replacing the previous flat fee. This change also removes the $250 payment limit, allowing you to pay higher balances in a single transaction.
Good to know: ACH payments remain available at no charge.
